In addition, I wanted to give us an opportunity to use it a little bit before I shared it with you. [Read more…] about Cheap, Homemade Laundry Detergent

Cheap, Easy, and Homemade Veggie Broth

February 27, 2018 By Deidra

tree bloom

You can use this for any thing you need to cook involving a broth. So, here’s the recipe for my frugal and super easy veggie broth. [Read more…] about Cheap, Easy, and Homemade Veggie Broth

February 2, 2018 By Antoine

Open RoadHello, hello, hello!  My name is Antoine and I would like to welcome you to our blog.  This is the first of what will be many entries by my wife, Deidra, and myself.  We have long talked about having our own land where we could grow our own food as well as raise our own animals.  We are not there yet, but in December of 2017, we decided to chronicle our journey whether we make it or bust!
